How is this different from hiring an in-house SDR?

Will you send cold emails from our company domain?

No. Sending volume from your primary domain damages your sender reputation and could land your transactional and sales-team email in spam. We register lookalike domains exclusively for outreach, warm them for 14–21 days, and rotate volume across them. Your primary inbox stays clean.

What happens if a prospect replies?

Replies are categorized in real time as Interested, Not Now, Wrong Person, or Unsubscribe. Hot replies fire a notification to the founder within minutes. We then either (a) draft a personalized response for your approval, or (b) hand the prospect off directly to your sales rep — whichever workflow you prefer.

How do you handle CAN-SPAM and compliance?

Every outbound message includes a working unsubscribe link, a physical mailing address, and clear sender identification. We never use deceptive subject lines, never email purchased lists with high complaint history, and we monitor bounce/complaint rates daily — pulling any list segment that exceeds threshold.

What verticals don't you work with?

We don't work with consumer-facing manufacturing (apparel, food, retail goods), construction trades, or single-product OEMs that don't run a custom-quote sales process. We also turn away any client whose deal size is under $25K — outbound math doesn't work below that threshold.
